In a housing estate in Sint Niklaas we built a dwelling with a physical therapist’s practice.
Since part of the practice spaces and the therapist’s pool are located in the basement, the semi detached house remains compact. A below street level patio connects the practice with the garden and provides ample light. The living areas are on an intermediate floor.
