Project leader B-juxta - Ghent

B-juxta, B’s division specialising in restoration projects, is currently seeking a project leader with a minimum of five years’ experience to join our team in Ghent. You will be working on high-quality architectural projects ranging in scale from 2,000 m² to 20,000 m².
Role
- Oversee a variety of projects from the design phase through to construction completion
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and contractors
- Lead a small project team (2–3 colleagues), ensuring smooth communication, efficient planning and budget control throughout
Profile
- Qualified architect or architect-engineer with a strong affinity for high-quality architectural work
- Strong design skills and a genuine passion for architecture and restoration
- Keen to help shape B-juxta in dialogue with fellow B-teams, building bridges across disciplines and projects
- A background or qualification in heritage conservation is an asset (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills
