Veronique Branquinho

This former jeweller’s shop dates from the late sixties. The existing interior was as far as possible preserved. Parts were recovered or discretely adapted, with great subtlety. The shop windows on Nationalestraat contain large light-boxes showing black and white pictures of a wooded landscape in winter. These pictures enhance the atmosphere of the Branquinho collections. The ground floor houses the women’s collection. The men’s collection is shown around the void on the first floor. The fitting rooms are behind the new, white-painted bricks. Large areas of mirror enlarge the appearance of the shop.
