All Antwerp police offices and the client management service undergo a comprehensive facelift. A consistent design improves recognisability and makes the offices more welcoming for visitors.

The new reception areas combine a customer-focused approach with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large street-facing windows open onto public zones with waiting areas. Behind these spaces lie the reception desks, where visitors can receive first-line information. Magnetic information columns and small consultation spots support this service.

Dedicated concentration zones provide privacy for confidential conversations with an officer. Interiors feature wooden panelling and floors, and round furniture — including the reception desks, info columns, and open seating areas — is thoughtfully arranged to ensure smooth circulation and accessibility.
