A dwelling from the 70’s is renovated mindfully using the existing structure and existing building materials.
The kitchen, hearth and closets are added new elements. The wall closet’s wood is brushed so as to show relief.
The block carpet is unraveled and the concrete structure on the ceiling exposed.
