A rear extension opened up the entire ground floor of this family residence.
The house was originally part of a 1930s two-family home. A bright extension replaced the outdated veranda; the rest of the ground floor was rearranged. Not only did this intervention provide extra living space, it also opened up the house - which was previously divided into separate rooms - and gave it the oxygen it needed.
