All Antwerp police offices and the client management service received a facelift. The straightforward look and feel of the offices improves their recognisability and accessibility.
The design of the police's new reception areas combines the feel of a customer-oriented shop with the warmth of a café. A large window with a billboard on the street side leads to a first public zone with a waiting area and a shop. The actual reception area is behind this zone. Visitors are assisted here with first-line information.
Magnetic information kiosks and advice points are part of this service. Finally, there is the so-called focus zone, which offers privacy for a confidential conversation with an official.
The interior features wood panelling and flooring. Round furniture (reception desk, open seating areas, information columns, etc.) occupies the entire space.
