Our design approach was guided by sustainability, circularity, and a focus on human scale. We subdivided the large dining area into informal zones, offering a mix of seating types — from high tables to lounge chairs and booths — creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Greenery and an enhanced connection between interior and exterior are central to the concept.

Material choices reflect the project’s circular ethos: tabletops in reclaimed plywood, reupholstered second-hand chairs, acoustic wall panels made from recycled PET bottles, spray plaster composed of paper fibres, and curtains in recycled polyester.

With careful attention to acoustic comfort, tactility, and atmosphere, the restaurant offers a generous and inviting space for meeting, studying, or taking a break.
